Questions
Do I need to install an app?
No. Moto runs in your phone's browser — add it to your home screen if you like and it opens like an app.
Will it work on my phone?
Yes — iPhone or Android, in a modern browser. The whole layout is designed for one-handed use in the van or at the bike.
What is a 24-hour pass for?
A single job or a trial. You get full access for a day, and it simply expires — nothing renews.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from your account page in two taps. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and no further payments are taken.
Is my card safe?
Payments go straight to Stripe, the payment processor used by millions of businesses worldwide. We never see or store your card details.
How accurate is the data?
It’s compiled from manufacturer, supplier and locksmith references and covers 41 makes. Keyways, code series and transponder info do vary by year and market, so treat it as a reliable starting point — and always confirm against the lock in front of you.
Do you cover my make?
41 makes so far — Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Harley-Davidson, BMW, Ducati, KTM, Triumph, Vespa and more. If something is missing, tell us.
Why not just search Google or a forum?
Because you need the answer while the customer is standing there — not twenty minutes scrolling threads that may be wrong. Moto gives you the blank, the code series, the Lishi tool and the transponder info in one lookup, and it works the same every time.
Is it worth it if I only cut a few bike keys a month?
That’s exactly what the $2.99 day pass is for. One job you would otherwise have guessed wrong on — a wrong blank, a declined all-keys-lost job — pays for it several times over.
